Who operates this website

This website, omnistriq.com, is operated by WebResenje PR (“OMNISTRIQ”, “we”), registered at Karadordeva 58, 26000 Pancevo, Serbia, registration number 68647509, VAT number 115803024. Contact: info@omnistriq.com.

Scope

This policy covers the public website at omnistriq.com. It does not yet cover the OMNISTRIQ application, which is not generally available; a separate policy and data processing terms will apply to customer accounts when the product launches.

Early Access applications

When you apply for Early Access we collect the information you enter in the form:

• your name and work email address;
• your company name and website address;
• your website platform, approximate site size, business type and primary market;
• your answers about your organic-growth challenge, manual-work problem and current tools;
• whether you consented to receive product news, and when.

We also record the page you applied from, the referring website if your browser sent one, and any campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term) present when you first arrived on the site. These are stored in a first-party cookie for up to 30 days only if you have allowed analytics (see the cookie policy); if you have not, the application is recorded without them. We do not use fingerprinting or cross-device tracking.

Purpose and legal basis. We use this data to assess whether your website fits the current testing scope, to contact you about your application, and to understand which channels applications come from. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in evaluating and responding to applications you initiate (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and, where applicable, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).

Marketing consent is separate. Applying does not subscribe you to anything. We send product news and early-access availability updates only if you tick the optional box, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing info@omnistriq.com or using the unsubscribe link in any such email.

Retention. Applications are kept for as long as the Early Access programme is being evaluated and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you become a customer (in which case the customer terms apply) or ask us to delete the application sooner.

Email notifications

When an application is stored, an internal notification is sent to info@omnistriq.com and a confirmation is sent to the work email you supplied. Both are sent through an SMTP email provider acting as our processor.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read. It runs only after you allow analytics in the consent bar, and it never receives anything you type into a form. Details, including the cookies involved, are in the cookie policy.

Hosting and processors

The website and its database are hosted on infrastructure we control in the European Union. Processors we use are limited to: our hosting provider, our SMTP email provider, and Google (analytics, only with your consent). We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of the personal data we hold about you, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and receive a copy of data you supplied in a portable format. Write to info@omnistriq.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country of residence or in Serbia.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and update the “last updated” date above. Material changes that affect applicants will be communicated by email where we have an address for you.
