Organic Growth Operations

From organic-growth signal to measured outcome.

OMNISTRIQ is an Organic Growth Operations platform that turns organic-search evidence into prioritized changes, safe deployment and measured outcomes. It is being built to run one operating flow over a website’s search, AI-search and competitor surface — and to carry each finding through to a deployed, reversible, measured change instead of a report.

The operating flow

Ten stages. One record per change.

Most tools cover the first five stages. OMNISTRIQ is designed around the last five, because that is where the work — and the proof — actually happens.

Stages where most tools stop and OMNISTRIQ is designed to continue

  1. 01

    Understand

Crawl and model the site or store: pages, products, templates, metadata, internal links, structured data and technical health. Everything downstream refers back to this inventory.

  2. 02

    Monitor

Track search performance for the queries that matter and — as a separate, named surface — how the brand appears in AI answers from ChatGPT, Google AI, Gemini and Perplexity.

  3. 03

    Compare

Put your pages, queries and share of visibility beside a small set of real competitors, on the same axis, so movement is visible as movement rather than as a score.

  4. 04

    Detect

Find where visibility or commercial value is leaking: pages losing position, queries with intent but no click-through, competitor changes in your clusters, missing or broken markup.

  5. 05

    Decide

Rank each finding by commercial relevance, effort and risk. The queue is sorted by what a change is likely to be worth, not by search volume. Some findings are explicitly marked not worth fixing.

  6. 06

    Generate

Produce the exact change: current value, proposed value, the field it lives in, and the reasoning — packaged as a Change Set that can be reviewed line by line.

  7. 07

    Validate

Check the proposed change before anyone is asked to approve it: markup validity, conflicts with recent manual edits, scope, reversibility, and a rollback point.

  8. 08

    Deploy

After explicit approval, publish natively where supported — WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify are the planned first targets — or hand a complete Change Set to whoever maintains the site.

  9. 09

    Measure

Watch the affected pages and queries over a defined window against a stated noise band, then report Positive Effect, Negative Effect or No Measurable Effect.

  10. 10

    Learn

Feed verdicts back into prioritisation so the next queue is better ordered than the last. This is the long-run compounding the category has been missing.

The commercial wedge

Finding → evidence → prioritisation → exact change → validation → approval → deployment → measurement → outcome.

Every step in that chain is written into one Change Set, so the person approving it can answer the eight questions that matter without leaving the screen: what was found, why it matters, what will change, what evidence supports it, what the risk is, what happens on approval, how to reverse it, and what happened afterwards.

Proposed change · title tag

/collections/mens-running-shoes · <title>
removed: Men's Running Shoes | Example
+added: Men's Running Shoes for Road & Trail | Example

Reason

Queries containing “road” and “trail” account for most of the page’s impressions but are absent from the title. The page already ranks on page one; a title that names both intents is designed to lift click-through without changing what the page sells.
