Building OMNISTRIQ in public.

OMNISTRIQ is an evidence-first SearchOps platform, and it is being built in the open. This page shows what Early Access accounts can use today, what is ready for release, what Public V1 still requires and what comes after it — without dates we cannot stand behind.

Search Intelligence

Finding what is worth changing, from your own site and search data.

  • Site IntelligenceStatus: AvailableCrawls your website and keeps the technical and on-page state of every page on record.

OMNISTRIQ crawls your public site, records status, indexability, title, meta description, main heading and canonical for each page, and re-checks on a schedule so regressions surface without a manual audit.

Why it matters Every later recommendation starts from what is actually on the page today, not from memory.

Available: Working in the current Early Access product.

  • Rank IntelligenceStatus: AvailableQuery-level ranking movement, winners and losers, landing pages and cannibalisation.

Built on your Search Console data: which queries moved, by how much, which page ranks for them and where several pages compete for the same query. Filterable by device and country.

Why it matters Ranking changes are only useful when you can see which query, which page and which direction.

Available: Working in the current Early Access product.

  • Opportunity IntelligenceStatus: AvailableDetects and scores concrete search opportunities, each with its evidence attached.

Striking-distance queries, click-through gaps, ranking declines, cannibalisation and competitor gaps are detected continuously, de-duplicated and scored. An opportunity resolves itself when the underlying signal disappears.

Why it matters A short, evidence-backed list beats a long audit that nobody finishes.

Available: Working in the current Early Access product.

  • Competitor IntelligenceStatus: AvailableWeekly competitor snapshots per market: overlap, gaps and threats that affect you.

Track the competitors that matter in each market. OMNISTRIQ compares keyword and page visibility week over week and surfaces the movements that touch your own queries. Competitor limits follow your plan.

Why it matters Competitor activity is evidence for a decision, not an instruction to copy.

Available: Working in the current Early Access product.

  • Content IntelligenceStatus: AvailableA content inventory that decides whether to update, create or consolidate — with briefs.

Combines crawl and search data into one inventory. For each content opportunity OMNISTRIQ states a path — update an existing page, create a new one or review a consolidation — and can produce a structured brief.

Why it matters Most content wins come from improving pages you already have; the path makes that explicit.

Available: Working in the current Early Access product.

  • Content Decay & RescueStatus: AvailableFinds pages that are losing search performance and flags them for rescue.

Compares comparable periods of complete search data to find pages that are steadily losing clicks or position. Technical problems are separated out, and declines with competing explanations are reported with lower confidence.

Why it matters Decay is quiet. Catching it early is cheaper than rebuilding lost traffic.

Available: Working in the current Early Access product.

  • Internal Linking IntelligenceStatus: AvailableMaps your internal links and finds important pages with weak internal support.

Builds the internal link graph from a complete crawl and identifies priority pages that receive too few internal links. When a crawl is incomplete, OMNISTRIQ says so instead of guessing.

Why it matters Internal links are one of the few ranking inputs you fully control.

Available: Working in the current Early Access product.

  • Internal Authority ModelStatus: AvailableEstimates how internal link authority flows through your site.

Extends Internal Linking Intelligence with a relative authority score for every page, so important pages that sit too far from your strongest pages become visible.

Why it matters It shows where a few internal links would matter most.

Available: Working in the current Early Access product.

SearchOps

Turning findings into reviewed, published and reversible changes.

  • Growth Command CenterStatus: AvailableOne prioritised queue of actions from every intelligence module.

Opportunities, ranking movements, content decay, internal linking issues and competitor threats land in one queue with a status. Actions resolve when their source signal goes away and resurface if it returns.

Why it matters One place to decide what the team works on this week.

Available: Working in the current Early Access product.

  • Change SetsStatus: AvailableEach recommendation becomes an exact, reviewable change with its evidence and risk.

A Change Set holds the current state, the exact proposed state, the evidence and the risk in one record. Change Sets currently cover page titles and meta descriptions. Proposals can be drafted with AI assistance; a person always reviews them.

Why it matters A recommendation is a sentence. A Change Set is something you can approve, ship and measure.

Available: Working in the current Early Access product.

  • Review & ApprovalStatus: AvailableNothing is published without explicit approval by an authorised team member.

Only account owners and admins can approve, reject or start a deployment. Every decision is recorded in the Change Set's history.

Why it matters Control stays with your team, and every change has a named decision behind it.

Available: Working in the current Early Access product.

  • Deployment & VerificationStatus: AvailablePublish approved changes, or apply them yourself — then OMNISTRIQ verifies the live page.

On WordPress and WooCommerce, approved changes publish natively. On other websites your team applies the change and OMNISTRIQ checks the live page to confirm it matches what was approved.

Why it matters A change is not done when it is approved; it is done when it is verifiably live.

Available: Working in the current Early Access product.

  • RollbackStatus: AvailableRestore the previous state of a natively published change.

The previous state is captured before publishing. For natively published WordPress and WooCommerce changes it can be restored from the same record.

Why it matters Changes are easier to approve when they are easy to undo.

Available: Working in the current Early Access product.

  • OMNISTRIQ Search MemoryStatus: Public V1A durable history of what changed, why it changed and what happened afterwards.

Search Memory will connect every change to its evidence, its approval and its measured outcome over time, so OMNISTRIQ can learn what works for a specific website instead of starting from zero with each recommendation.

Why it matters Teams change, agencies change; the record of what worked should not disappear with them.

Public V1: Required for Public V1; not yet built.

  • SearchOps Version ControlStatus: Public V1A complete history of changes, approvals, deployments and outcomes.

Every SEO-relevant change will carry its before and after state, who reviewed it and when it shipped. Conflicting edits are detected before publishing, and any version can be traced or rolled back.

Why it matters Traceability turns SEO from a set of opinions into a reviewable history.

Public V1: Required for Public V1; not yet built.

  • Guardrailed AutonomyStatus: Public V1Automation with control: eligible actions within your approval rules and risk limits.

You will define which types of change may proceed automatically, under which risk limits and on which pages. Protected changes always require a person, and every automated action is verified and reversible.

Why it matters Automation you can govern — not unrestricted AI acting on your website.

Public V1: Required for Public V1; not yet built.

  • Adaptive Search IntelligenceStatus: FutureRecommendations that improve from the measured outcomes of past changes on your website.

OMNISTRIQ will build on historical Search Memory outcomes to identify recurring optimisation patterns and improve future recommendations for each website.

Why it matters Recommendations should get better the longer you use the platform.

    Future: Planned after Public V1.

Measurement & Impact

Knowing what a change actually did.

  • Change Impact LedgerStatus: AvailableEvery published change is measured at 7, 14 and 28 days against its baseline.

Each published Change Set gets an impact record. Results stay provisional until the search data for the window is final, and outcomes include no change and inconclusive — reported as plainly as improvements.

Why it matters You see what each change did, not just that it was shipped.

Available: Working in the current Early Access product.

  • Causal Impact EngineStatus: Public V1Goes beyond before-and-after to estimate whether a change likely caused the result.

Search performance moves with seasonality, algorithm updates, market demand and other site activity. The Causal Impact Engine is designed to separate those effects when sufficient evidence exists — and to say so when it does not.

Why it matters Better decisions require more than correlation.

Public V1: Required for Public V1; not yet built.

  • Business Impact EngineStatus: Public V1Connects search improvements to leads, conversions and revenue where data is available.

Search changes will be linked to business outcomes using the analytics and commerce data you connect. Where direct attribution is not possible, values are shown as estimates and labelled as such.

Why it matters Prioritise by what a change is worth to the business, not by traffic alone.

Public V1: Required for Public V1; not yet built.

Visibility in AI-driven discovery, measured separately from organic search.

  • AI Search VisibilityStatus: Public V1Track brand mentions and cited URLs for your prompts across supported AI search surfaces.

You choose the prompts that matter to your market; OMNISTRIQ will record whether your brand and competitors are mentioned and which URLs are cited. Prompt limits follow your plan.

Why it matters AI answers are a discovery channel; you cannot improve what you do not observe.

Public V1: Required for Public V1; not yet built.

  • SEO + AI Search Impact MatrixStatus: Public V1Measure how a change affects organic search and AI-driven discovery — separately.

The same optimisation can help classic rankings and do nothing for AI answers, or the reverse. The Impact Matrix will report each surface on its own terms instead of blending them into one visibility score.

Why it matters One blended score hides exactly the trade-offs you need to see.

Public V1: Required for Public V1; not yet built.

  • AI Citation Regression TestingStatus: Public V1See how controlled changes affect mentions, citations and cited URLs in AI answers.

After a change ships, OMNISTRIQ will re-check your tracked prompts on supported AI search surfaces and compare brand mentions, citations and cited URLs with the state before the change.

Why it matters It catches changes that quietly cost you visibility in AI answers.

Public V1: Required for Public V1; not yet built.

Integrations & Publishing

Where data comes from and where approved changes go.

  • Google Search ConsoleStatus: AvailableConnect Search Console with read-only access; search data imports automatically.

Clicks, impressions, click-through rate and position per page and query are imported and kept current. OMNISTRIQ only reads this data.

Why it matters Your own search data is the evidence base for every recommendation.

Available: Working in the current Early Access product.

  • WordPress publishingStatus: AvailablePublish approved changes natively to WordPress, including Yoast SEO and Rank Math sites.

The OMNISTRIQ Connector plugin writes approved titles and meta descriptions through WordPress itself, respecting whichever SEO plugin owns that field. Every change can be verified and rolled back.

Why it matters No copy-pasting between tools, and no guessing which plugin controls the tag.

Available: Working in the current Early Access product.

  • WooCommerce product pagesStatus: AvailablePublish approved SEO changes to WooCommerce product pages.

Product page metadata is published through the same reviewed, verified and reversible flow as WordPress pages. Product variations are not edited.

Why it matters Product pages are where search traffic turns into orders.

Available: Working in the current Early Access product.

  • Shopify publishingStatus: Public V1Native publishing of approved changes to Shopify stores.

Shopify is a planned native publishing target. Until then, Shopify stores receive complete Change Sets to apply themselves, which OMNISTRIQ then verifies.

Why it matters Store owners should get the same reviewed, reversible flow as WordPress sites.

Public V1: Required for Public V1; not yet built.

Platform & Access

How you reach OMNISTRIQ.

  • iOS & Android AppsStatus: FutureMobile access to key SearchOps workflows, planned after Public V1.

Native-style mobile access to key OMNISTRIQ SearchOps workflows is planned after Public V1. The platform architecture is being designed from the start so future mobile clients can use the same secure backend and SearchOps services.

Why it matters Reviews and approvals should not wait until someone is back at a desk.

    Future: Planned after Public V1.
